EAIC offers following certification in the field of Organizational Development:
Requirements for every certification in the field of Organizational Development is the final qualification as a Trainer and therefore you need at least 300 Units and in addition Experiences as a Coach or Trainer (group Settings) at least 50 Units.

Goals

- methods and competences in clarifying goals, missions, roles and responsibility
- knowledge about change and renewals in social systems
- competencies in managing the main process in organizational development
- consciousness about development steps, decision and commitment processes within a team and intervention techniques
- designing an appropriate setting for change
- competencies to create a vision within a team
Formal Criteria
- 20 units of theory seminars
- 50 units of methods and intervention techniques
- 20 units conception of a team development workshop (2 days)
- 10 units of supervision
In addition to the Competences in the field of Team Development you develop your competences as an integrative OD Process Consultant.
